Feeling and Healing is a Psychotherapy private practice that aims to give effective therapy to those in need through Online consultations and communication. 

This could be anything from phone calls, emails, or video conferences through Zoom or another video platform that is more accommodating. Feeling and Healing Psychotherapy Private Practice uses well-known, scientifically based up therapies such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Psychotherapy, and others to help clients achieve what they are looking for in their therapy sessions. 

Making sure that the right techniques and treatment are suited to the patient is also a huge priority. Our main aim is to not only reduce suffering, but also make the patient's life worth living. Feeling and Healing is for anyone that feels like they need to talk to someone, whether this is people with disorders or people seeking a happier, more motivating, and more manageable lifestyle.

1. Getting in touch with me with your main reasons for wanting therapy. This comes with no string attached and no commitments what so ever. This is mainly to see if I specialise in what you are needing therapy for and to connect. You can of course skip this stage and move on to the second step if you would feel more comfortable talking about your therapy goals rather than communicating through email.

2. Then, if you feel comfortable going further, we could organise a 30 minute pre-session where we talk about these reasons further and you can ask any questions you may have about the therapy process or about me and my approach to therapy. 

3. After this pre-session, I will send over 3 different documents; a client intake form, a therapy goals form and an online consent form. I will talk you through how to fill these out in session. We will then proceed to getting steps closer to your therapy goals and feeling mentally and emotionally better!

Pre-session

Get in touch with me with your main reasons for wanting to have therapy. This comes with no string attached and no commitments what so ever. Then, if you feel comfortable going further, we could organise a 30 minute pre-session where we talk about these reasons further and you can ask any questions you may have about the therapy process or about me and my approach to therapy. After this pre-session, I will send over 3 different documents; a client intake form, a therapy goals form and an online consent form. I will talk you through how to fill these out in session. We will then proceed to getting steps closer to your therapy goals and feeling mentally and emotionally better!   The usual structure for the first session is talking about the challenges that lead you to therapy, explaining the structure of future sessions, setting therapy goals, going over confidentiality, and answering any questions that you may have about coming to therapy. The first session is 15 euros which is the trial price in comparison to average sessions so that you can get a taster of how therapy sessions will go in the future. 


Usual Sessions; 30, 45 and 60 minutes.

   In the sessions following, we will discuss more in depth into your life, the challenge(s) at hand, talk through somethings to reframe your thinking about things to make the challenges at hand more manageable. Meanwhile giving you support and going at your pace in which you set yourself through therapy. Some techniques may also be applied in time. These tips come from areas such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and others. Feeling and Healing offer affordable prices. 30 minute sessions are 30€, 45 minute session are 45€, and 60 minute sessions are 60€
