In the first few sessions, you will begin to notice a difference in your understanding towards yourself, different areas self-development to direct you in a healthy towards the best version of you. We can mindfully overcome challenges to improve wellbeing and self-esteem. The first session is light and casual. We can talk about our goals for therapy. My approach to therapy: My approach is integrative psychotherapy and gestalt therapy which is both focused on past experiences and to understand current behaviours and patterns. In our sessions together, we may look at your relationships and childhood experiences to better understand your conscious and unconscious thoughts and emotions.

What you will bring to therapy, is your expert perspective of your life. I will bring the theories and understandings to help you process aspects of your day to day. I will also be here to listen in a non-judgmental way and support you in anything that comes up, as well as focusing on your more long-term goals for yourself.

We will combine meditation, journaling, mindfulness techniques, breathing and self-awareness as well as other tools supported by expert research in the field of CBT.
